Dear Friends,
It warmed my heart to see so many of you yesterday as we shared our first Led Primary Series Class on Zoom. We maxed out the class at 100, and had participants from all over the world: Switzerland, Germany, Spain, Scotland, Norway, India, Guatemala, Costa Rica… and all over the USA. It just tells me how important it is to be in community, supporting one another at this uncertain and anxious time. We can help each other stay calm, and we can help spread the calm. Your behavior is contagious. Your attitude is important. Being a role model, as a yogi, at these times, is critical. Focus on keeping your practices strong. Focus on finding ways to act compassionately and generously with each other. Be Kind. Breathe. Pray. Eat. Sleep. Repeat. Towards this end, I will offer classes on the Zoom platform. We may be prudent to be in isolation right now, but that does not mean that we are alone. I really felt the strength of community as I watched all of you practice yesterday.

Wednesdays 9am (EDT): Led Primary Class (90 min.)

Fridays 9am (EDT): Mysore Style Class (90 min.)

Saturdays 7am (EDT): Mysore Style Class (90 min.)

Saturdays 9am (EDT): Slow Flow/Deep Relaxation (75 min.)
