Weekly Teaching Schedule as of July 12:

Sundays 8am (EDT): Breathing/Guided Meditation (45 min.)

Sundays 9am (EDT): Led Primary Class (90 min.)

Mondays 7:30-9:30am (EDT): Mysore Style Class

Fridays 7:30am-9:30am (EDT): Mysore Style Class

Fridays 5:30-6:45pm (EDT): Slow Flow Class

Saturdays 7:30-9:30am (EDT): Mysore Style Class
